Adrian Manessis has been directly involved with implementing safety management software for over 20 years to hundreds of organisations in a wide range of industries. has extensive experience with analysing, supporting, training, integrating and customising safety management systems into small organisations to global multinationals with over 40,000 people.
He has experience with highly successful implementations, but also has a good understanding of why implementations can fail and how this can be prevented.
Sarah O’Leary will start her presentation with a live workplace induction featuring video, questions, images, maps and many other features designed to inform employees about their responsibilities, your expectations, and cover essential work, health, and safety information.
We will learn how employers can share inductions and how new staff can complete quickly on most devices.
We will look at how information can be shared so that it is engaging and easy to understand, and what sort of information can be obtained from new employees during an induction.
We will also see how Employers receive quick and timely notifications that inductions have been completed and that employees are prepared for their new roles.
