Understanding Injury Risk in Ageing Workers for a Sustainable Workforce

Founder and CEO of Staunch Technology.  Physiotherapist with a Masters in Ergonomist, Dr Legge's PhD research investigated the predictive validity of functional testing in healthy workers, demonstrating that workers have a 3-5 times increased risk of musculoskeletal injury when they do not meet job-specific test criteria.  She has worked in Australia and the US in mining, transport, construction, utilities, security, manufacturing, health, aged care and logistics sectors for more than 25 years.  Dr Legge has developed training programs for allied health professionals for the JobFit System PEFA and Job Task Analysis, and is the designer of the JobFit System online job matching platform.
