NT - 2022 Amendments to the Work Health and Safety Regulations
NT WorkSafe has amended the Work Health and Safety Regulations to introduce digital white cards and photographic identifiers, effective 25 May 2022.

In support of the Territory Economic Reconstruction Commission recommendations, amendments have been made to Regulation 320 of the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Regulations 2011 which deals with the content of general construction induction training cards or ‘white cards’. Commencing on 25 May 2022, the legislation will allow for the:
- Introduction of digital white cards; and
- Future introduction of a photographic identifier onto white cards.
Online information sessions
Online information sessions have been organised to detail the amendments, including the future availability of digital white cards, and provide attendees with an opportunity to ask any questions to NT WorkSafe. The information is provided for:
- Workers;
- Health and safety representatives;
- Site managers; and
- Employers.
