Enhancements

• Records created via the Scheduled Record Creation area in Administration will now be created with any attachments in the template record's attachment section.

Support

• Where there are multiple risk matrices, an amendment has been made to only show the relevant risk rating values applicable to the chosen RISKRATING field in the form when using Rules in Administration. Values from archived risk matrices will also no longer show in the Rules or RISKRATING fields of records.
• Provide a more informative error message when the column name in the import spread sheet for competencies does not match the expected field name.
• Dashboard – For column charts, ensure that the data shown is as per the selected date range filter and no extra month past the end date is shown.
• Correct issue of user views taking a long time to load if an option field filter was included in the view.
• Ensure that when a record is exported to PDF, GRAND_SCORE fields are also exported if there are any present in the record.
• Correct issue of record export with person field failing when there is a global hierarchy filter or when the logged in user has hierarchy access restrictions.
• The issue of not being able to clone records has been corrected.
