• Corrected issue of automatic record creation of training records caused by (1) having a null value for the “archived” field instead of “false” and (2) competencies being removed from the tracked competencies list when they were saved.
• The issue which prevented a form’s Access Control dialog from being opened has been corrected. This occurred when a form had its form drop down restricted to a specified hierarchy and the hierarchy field that restriction was based on was archived or deleted.
