Viking Inspections
What does the module do?
Inspections provide value in their ability to uncover hazards in the workplace and perform corrective actions before an incident occurs.
With the myosh Inspections module, administrators can create templates for frequently repeated inspections, such as annual audits, and pre-start inspections for equipment. Templates are fully configurable to meet individual company requirements. You set the questions and values appropriate for your needs. Once a template is created, it can also be scheduled to recur on a periodic basis, such as monthly, quarterly, or annually. You can also send notifications to the appropriate people when inspections need to be executed so nothing slips through the cracks.
Users can conduct inspections from the mobile app on a tablet or phone. The ability to conduct the inspection from the workplace without having to print paperwork and transfer results later reduces errors and improves accuracy. Users also have the ability to generate an action for each identified item of the inspection, which links to that line of the inspection for accurate tracking and resolution.
myosh automatically calculates inspection performance and generates graphical reports for easy-to-use visual results. You also can produce automated reports to verify your company’s level of compliance.
