Support
- When performing a record import where the column corresponding to a hierarchy type is omitted and that hierarchy type is the parent of another hierarchy type (child), the child values will no longer be blanked.
- Amended inconsistency of being able to export RICHTEXTAREA and HISTORY fields to an Excel template when answering “No” to the prompt to “include current records?”. These fields are not supported in Excel imports.
- The “Contact support” details on the Home Page can now be updated without causing an error.
