Enhancements

  • A new feature has been added that will automatically create training records based on a user's occupational requirements. This is for mandatory occupational requirements only. This option needs to be configured and can be enabled on a competency-by-competency basis. When editing an occupational requirement or changing a user's occupation the system will, if applicable, prompt the user to create any missing training records. This can also be triggered manually by clicking on an occupational requirement or user individually and using the “Create missing training records” option. To set up this automatic creation a user with the appropriate permissions can go to Administration > Training Management > Competency and choose the configure option. In the modal that appears choose the automatic record creation tab.

  • Improvement to the time taken to save forms in the form editor within administration.
