Enhancements

• REST3 – Update REST3 to allow creation of outstanding training records when a user is created via the API, if requested in the POST /users payload. This functionality was previously implemented in Viking web.

Support

• If a TIMEFIELD is configured to ignore user time zone, ensure that the value used in email notifications matches what is shown on the record.
• When filtering the record list by hierarchy values as well as blank values, ensure that records with blank hierarchy values are also returned.
• Amend issue of DATEFIELDs which are set to default based on Completion + Competency Interval (eg. Expiry Date) not being populated in a training record when it is created by a rule.
