• When option fields such as MULTISELECTCHECKBOX, OPTIONGROUP, COMBOBOX, MULTISELECTFIELD, and TWINCOLUMNSELECT are used in a rule in the Rules Engine for setting values in fields, and a user attempts to archive one of the options, a warning message is displayed preventing the option from being archived until it is removed from the rule.
