Adam has extensive experience in safety management and operations in high-risk industries across Australia. Drawing on this experience, it was clear there were many inconsistencies in how things were meant to be done, versus how they were actually done.
Adam is passionate about looking at better ways to manage what we call ‘safety’ with alignment as a key driver. Using high-performance principles as a foundation, he supports organisations to identify potential misalignment between their safety, culture and systems to collaboratively develop solutions that put people first to ensure better safety outcomes.
