View Attachments in Record View
You can view all attachments in your record list view and quickly click to download and open.

Quickly see which records have attachments and click to download and open.
To add this feature to any module record view, first open Administration.
Choose the module for which you want to add column attachments.
Open the Record List and click to add a column to the record view.
Search or type to locate “Attachments”
Remember to Hit Save!
Now you simply add the column to your view.
