Enhancements

• For RECORDLINK field type, the “Automatically populate linked records” option now supports matching on text for types of TEXTFIELD, TEXTAREA and RICHTEXTAREA. A few extra options can be selected for matching text which are “Trim”, “Ignore case” and “Regex”. There is also a field called “Matches” which allows a text term to be added, and in that case, child records are linked to the parent if the data in their selected text field matches this term. If left blank then matching is done based on the other options selected. If no options are selected then the child record is only linked if there is an exact match between the text field of the child and parent records.

Support

• Amend issue which caused an error for word export of a record with a null TEXTAREA field.
• Resolve issue of DATEFIELDSs showing incorrect values in Record Link tables, when a schema time zone was not Australia/Perth.
• The issue of being unable to save a visibility condition for a work flow step using a TWINCOLUMNSELECTPERSON field condition has been resolved.
